International Postdoctoral Fellowship in Belgium 2027 at UCLouvain

The International Postdoctoral Fellowship in Belgium 2027 at UCLouvain offers 15 international postdoctoral fellowships for researchers to conduct projects across all scientific disciplines in Belgium's UCLouvain research units and centres. Fellowships last between 12 and 36 months and are designed to promote international mobility and long-term research collaborations.

Tax-exempt postdoctoral allowance, social security coverage, third-party liability insurance, research project operational budget, opportunity to collaborate across Europe and build international networks.

Applicants must hold a PhD delivered no later than May 1, 2027, and must not have more than five years since PhD award as of February 5, 2027 (with extensions for childbirth/adoption). The fellowship is open to researchers of all nationalities and requires international mobility, with project work carried out within one of UCLouvain’s research units.
