Healthy Horizons Foundation Community Youth Grants 2026

The Healthy Horizons Foundation Community Youth Grants provide funding to support community-based youth programs across Canada that promote physical activity, nutrition, education and overall well-being. The foundation gives particular emphasis to initiatives benefiting Indigenous communities and to projects that create long-term positive health outcomes for children and youth. The programme supports organizations operating in communities served by The North West Company and aims to strengthen youth health, encourage healthy lifestyles and build local capacity.

Grant funding for community-based youth initiatives that promote physical activity, nutrition, education and overall well-being; priority for initiatives benefiting Indigenous communities.

Eligible applicants are registered charities in Canada or Qualified Donees as defined by the Income Tax Act (Canada); applicants must meet the foundation’s charitable eligibility requirements.
