Téléenquêteur / Téléenquêtrice (H/F) - mission ponctuelle

LA SAT is recruiting 50 tele-enquêteur/ téléenquêtrice staff for a punctual contract to conduct telephone surveys with HR leaders and business executives. The mission runs as a service contract between September 21, 2026 and December 11, 2026, with remote work available from the Dakar region. After training, selected candidates will contact interviewees by phone, administer a questionnaire, conduct interviews, and enter responses into a dedicated software.

Training before starting; supervision; remote work; experience in telephone interviewing and data collection.

Candidates must hold a diploma level from Bac+2 to Bac+5 and be fluent in French; prior experience in tele-surveys, call centers, or customer relations is essential.
