Spécialiste Développement Professionnel des Enseignants (H/F)

The Specialist in Teacher Professional Development is a role within the RELIT program implemented for USAID Senegal. The position involves supporting the regional implementation of teacher training, capacity building, and coaching to improve bilingual reading instruction in early grades across multiple academies. The incumbent collaborates with regional and national education authorities to ensure effective delivery of professional development activities for teachers and school leaders.

Minimum Bac +4 in Education Science with at least 6 years of experience in teacher training or coaching, and familiarity with USAID programming processes and procedures.
