IWA LeaP Leadership Programme for Young Water Professionals 2026-2028

The IWA LeaP Leadership Programme is a 12-month leadership development programme for young water professionals. It aims to build leadership capabilities, expand professional networks, and empower participants to drive positive change in the water sector. The programme supports a diverse group of young professionals from across regions and provides an immersive leadership experience over the course of 2026-2028.

Participants gain leadership development, expanded professional networks, enhanced leadership capabilities, and membership in the IWA community.

Applicants must be 18 to 35 years old at the end of the programme, proficient in English, and have maintained active membership of IWA for at least one year at the time of application.
