Rome Design Awards: Season 2

The Rome Design Awards: Season 2 is an international design competition recognising excellence in interior design, architecture, product design, lighting, packaging and related fields. It accepts submissions from professional designers, design agencies, companies, teams and students. Entries produced after 2021-01-01 are eligible and entries are judged by a panel of senior-level industry professionals against creativity, execution, visual design, innovation and impact. Winners are awarded tiered distinctions (Design of the Year, Platinum, Gold, Silver) and receive certificates, promotional exposure and optional trophies for purchase.

Design of the Year receives a complimentary limited-edition trophy and professionally designed certificate; winners receive professionally designed certificates, decals indicating level of win, press release template, logos for promotional use, gallery feature on the site and social media/media partner exposure. Trophies and additional customized certificates available for purchase.

Architects, interior designers, product designers, packaging designers, lighting designers, furniture designers, artists, design agencies, companies, teams/departments, manufacturers, suppliers, freelancers, hobbyists and students may submit entries.

Submit an entry brief (~350 words), flattened JPEG/JPG images (under 4MB, recommended 1200px wide, 300dpi, RGB) and provide direct URLs for audio/video entries (Vimeo/YouTube/Youku). Entries are submitted via the Rome Design Awards website.
