Allan Gray Fellowship Programme 2026 for Eswatini, Botswana & Namibia

The Allan Gray Fellowship Programme is a four-year opportunity designed to support young achievers in their university journey at one of 10 partner universities in South Africa. The programme provides comprehensive financial support, mentorship, an entrepreneurial curriculum, and access to a network and resources to develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Mentorship from Foundation staff and a dedicated business mentor; access to an entrepreneurial curriculum and events; personal, entrepreneurial and leadership development; participation in an entrepreneurial community; access to business incubation and venture funding.

Applicants must be citizens of Eswatini, Botswana, or Namibia; under 21 years of age in the year of application; intend to study Commerce, Science (excluding Medicine, Veterinary Science, and Dentistry), Engineering, Law, Humanities, or Arts at one of the selected universities; and meet minimum academic requirements (60%+ in Mathematics in AS levels or Form 6; 70%+ overall average in latest AS Level/Form 6).

Submit the application form and supporting documentation online or via post before 30 April 2026, 17:00 SAST; shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews in July 2026 and to a selection camp in September 2026.
