ProHealth Care Scholarship Program

The ProHealth Care Scholarship Program provides scholarships for high school graduates or current employees (or dependents of employees) in eligible health-related fields to pursue undergraduate study at accredited two- or four-year colleges, universities, or vocational schools. Awards are up to $2,000 for up to 13 recipients, plus an additional $1,000 volunteer award for a qualifying applicant, with awards awarded for undergraduate study only in certain designated fields.

High school seniors or graduates of any Waukesha County, WI high school, OR current employees of ProHealth Care, OR dependent children of current ProHealth Care employees, OR current Waukesha County residents; planning to enroll or already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program in an eligible health-related field at an accredited institution.

Submit an online application with required materials (transcript, online recommendation form) by the program’s deadline; the selection is conducted by Scholarship America.
