Summer 2027 Engineering Intern (Oil & Gas)

A full-time, onsite summer engineering internship at an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company in Midland, Texas. Interns own an individual engineering project for approximately 12 weeks (May through August 2027), support facilities/production/drilling/completions/reservoir engineering or operations activities, and present completed work to upper management. The role includes field visits to active drilling rigs and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams under mentor supervision. Interns participate in intern events and community philanthropic activities in the Midland–Odessa area.

Approximately 12-week full-time internship; engineering development with an experienced mentor; direct collaboration with engineers from other disciplines; on-site field visit opportunities; participation in intern events and community philanthropic activities.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in petroleum, mechanical, electrical, chemical, or a similar engineering discipline; must be willing to work in Midland, TX for the full internship period and must return to school for the Fall 2027 semester.
