Connect & Create Relay Scheme 2026

The Connect & Create Relay Scheme 2026 is a professional development fellowship for young communications professionals in Sub-Saharan Africa. It offers hands-on experience, individual mentoring, professional training, a training certificate, access to a peer network, and an allowance for communication activities. Selected participants work with Creative Tandem projects across participating countries to build practical skills in communications, journalism, media, and content creation.

Applicants must be journalists, communications professionals, content creators, influencers, or media hosts with 2 to 5 years of professional experience and an active local presence.
