YALI RLC West Africa Emerging Leaders Program – Onsite Cohort 52

The YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa Emerging Leaders Program offers in-person leadership training in three tracks: Public Policy and Management, Business and Entrepreneurship, and Civic Leadership. It is aimed at young African leaders from selected West African countries and is fully funded for travel to Accra, Ghana. The program develops leadership skills to help participants drive change in their organizations, communities, and countries.

Fully funded; in-person training in leadership tracks in Accra, Ghana.

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, citizens of Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone or The Gambia, proficient in English, and demonstrating leadership potential with an interest in one of the tracks.
