InteRussia Fellowship in Energy 2026 for Specialists from ASEAN Countries

The InteRussia Fellowship in Energy 2026 offers specialists from ASEAN countries an opportunity to learn about key areas of development in the Russian fuel and energy sector. Fellows attend training, lectures and expert sessions, and visit government institutions, industrial enterprises and major energy infrastructure facilities. The fellowship runs from November 9 to December 12, 2026, and concludes with the preparation of a research project analyzing the energy sector in the participant’s ASEAN country.

Travel to Russia, accommodation, one-time scholarship, exposure to energy sector facilities and networking opportunities, and a final research project.

Specialists in the field of energy who are citizens of ASEAN countries, reside outside the Russian Federation, have no current affiliation with Russian educational institutions or employers, are aged between 21 and 40, and have English proficiency at least at B2 level.

Register on the English-language version of the Gorchakov Fund website, create an application for the InteRussia Energy ASEAN 2026 competition, fill out required sections, and submit the application.
