ADB Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025

The ADB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an entry-level recruitment programme aimed at attracting highly qualified and motivated individuals to the Asian Development Bank. It offers a structured talent management program and opportunities to develop professional skills and understanding of ADB’s operations, policies, and procedures.
