L’Oréal USA Fellowship Program 2025

The L’Oréal USA Fellowship Program 2025 is a professional development-based fellowship designed to support undergraduate students in the United States. It offers up to a 9-month virtual program with monthly events, mentorship from a designated L’Oréal leader, and exposure to Diversity and Inclusion in business. Participants gain networking opportunities, skills in project management and leadership, and potential career insights within a global consumer goods company.

Open to undergraduate students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 who are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program at an accredited U.S. university (or in the final year of a community college planning to transfer to a 4-year program with a 2026–2027 graduation).
