EPFL Excellence Fellowships

The EPFL Excellence Fellowships provide a funded opportunity for high-achieving students to pursue undergraduate or Master’s study at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland. The fellowships include a stipend of CHF 10,000 per semester and a reservation for student housing, with duration varying by degree level. They are offered to a limited number of top candidates based on academic performance and are funded through EPFL directly or in partnership with foundations or companies.

Stipend per semester and housing reservation; continued eligibility depends on academic performance.

Open to all students including international students with outstanding academic records. For Bachelor’s studies, the fellowship is spread over three years; for Master’s studies, it covers four semesters.

Submit applications via EPFL’s online Master application for Master’s Fellowships and the corresponding Bachelor application process for Bachelor Fellowships.
