Krepitev in varovanje duševnega zdravja raziskovalcev na začetku kariere is a practical workshop focused on strengthening and protecting mental health for early-career researchers. The session offers interactive discussion, concrete advice and tools for stress recognition, resilience and effective mental-health management in research careers. It also presents initial results from the ReMO COST Action on Researcher Mental Health.
