RETTI X WAVE Solar Panel Installation and Employability Training Program 2024

A two-week in-person training program on solar power design, installation, and employability skills for youth, women, and disadvantaged individuals in Lagos. The program is run by the Renewable Energy Technology Training Institute (RETTI) in partnership with West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) and aims to build a skilled workforce for the renewable energy industry in Nigeria. Applicants should be aged 15–35 years and residents of Lagos Mainland (Ikeja – Surulere Axis); must be serious about attending the two-week in-person training and commit to the program.
