Leadership Launch Pad

The Leadership Launch Pad is a cohort-based leadership development programme run by the University of Cape Town Leadership Academy. It offers workshops and sessions on design thinking, personal branding, financial literacy and mentorship aimed at developing practical leadership skills. The programme is delivered to a cohort of first-year students and culminates in a closing ceremony.

Open to first-year (undergraduate) students; the 2026 cohort included 50 first-year students.
