The DAAD Public Policy and Good Governance (PPGG) Scholarship 2027 offers a fully funded master’s degree in fields related to public policy, governance, law, economics, and public administration at leading German universities. It supports graduates from developing and emerging countries who intend to pursue advanced studies in Germany and contribute to governance and development in their home countries.

Fully funded master’s degree in Germany, monthly stipend, health and other insurance, airfare, housing/subsidies, language course.

Graduates from developing or emerging countries with a bachelor’s degree and strong interest in public policy and governance.
