Humphrey Fellowship

The Humphrey Fellowship is a prestigious, fully funded, non-degree professional exchange program in the United States designed for mid-career professionals. It spans 10–12 months and includes university-level study, leadership development, professional affiliations, and networking opportunities. Selected fellows receive comprehensive support including tuition, living stipend, health insurance, and airfare as part of a professional development experience.

Full tuition and fees, monthly living stipend, health insurance, round-trip airfare, professional development allowance, and leadership training opportunities.

Citizenship of an eligible country, at least a bachelor’s degree, minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience, demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to public service, strong English language skills, and limited prior U.S. residency.

Apply through the U.S. Embassy or Fulbright Commission in the applicant’s home country.
