Gatsby Bridging Programme 2026

The Gatsby Bridging Programme 2026 is an intensive 7-week mathematics summer school organized by UCL to build foundational mathematical skills for advanced research in theoretical neuroscience and machine learning. It is a full-time, in-person programme held in London, focusing on core topics such as linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, differential equations, and Fourier analysis. The programme targets students planning to pursue postgraduate research and provides a pathway into STEM research with lectures, tutorials, and problem-solving sessions.

Penultimate or final-year undergraduates, master’s students, and recent graduates with strong mathematical background and good English proficiency.
