UNDP People Development Internship 2025–26

The UNDP People Development Internship is a professional internship within the United Nations Development Programme’s Talent Development Unit. It supports activities related to onboarding, learning and development, leadership development, career support, knowledge management, and related communications. Interns may work across focus areas such as onboarding support, learning materials, leadership development, learning technology, career development, data and knowledge management, and communications, depending on needs and the intern’s background.

Stipend and integration into UNDP teams; exposure to international development and HR/learning initiatives; networking with professionals across regions; CV enhancement for future opportunities.

Open to students enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme or recent graduates who completed their studies within the past 12 months.
