Mastercard Nigeria GATEWAY Program

The Mastercard Nigeria GATEWAY Program is a digital skills training initiative in Nigeria offering tracks in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Production & Editing, and UI/UX Design. It targets young Nigerians and provides AI-enhanced learning, mentorship, and gig-economy placement opportunities, with a nationwide rollout across 10 states. The program includes transport stipends, childcare support, and access to work tools and financial services, with a goal of enabling participants to engage in the gig economy.

Applicants must be young Nigerians, with priority given to women, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and displaced youth; must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and be motivated to learn and participate in the gig economy.
