CIPM Essay Competition 2026

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) hosts its annual essay competition for undergraduate students in Nigerian universities and polytechnics. Winners receive cash prizes, books and resources, plus an all-expense-paid trip to Abuja for CIPM’s conference and grand ceremony. The competition aims to showcase writing, analytical, and research skills in HRM.

Applicants must be undergraduate students of Nigerian universities or polytechnics. Past winners are not eligible.

Submit an original essay (≤ 3,000 words) in Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced, APA references, MS Word format; email essay competition materials to essaycompetition@cipmnigeria.org
