Nestlé CWAR Nesternship Program is an internship and training initiative for graduates and those with up to two years of working experience. It provides career-building opportunities, professional development, and pathways to long-term employment within Nestlé’s operations across Central and West Africa.

Monthly salary; practical work experience in a multinational company; mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals; networking opportunities across the region; development of in-demand workplace skills; potential for full-time employment after completion.

Applicants must be a Person with Disability (PWD), hold a degree (B.Sc., B.A., or equivalent) from a recognized institution, and come from African countries within the Central & West Africa region.
