Government of Romania Fully Funded International Student Scholarship 2026

The Government of Romania Scholarship offers fully funded opportunities for non-EU students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD studies at accredited Romanian universities. Non-EU nationals who have at least 7/10 academic performance in their last graduated school, submit a complete application with all required documents, are not Romanian citizens or holders of any other protection status in Romania, and are not family members of diplomatic personnel in Romania.
