The Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC Skill Development and Empowerment Programme 2026 for Young Nigerian Graduates

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) announces a 2026 Skill Development Training and Empowerment Programme focusing on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Vehicle Conversion. It provides hands-on technical training, tools, certification, and a monthly stipend to participants in the Niger Delta region. The programme aims to equip youths with practical skills and support employment or entrepreneurship after completion.

Applicants must be indigenes of the Niger Delta states, aged 18–35, with SSCE/WAEC, OND, or a trade certificate, and be fresh graduates in engineering or related technical fields; prior beneficiaries of NDDC empowerment programmes are not eligible.
