Icelandic Government Scholarships at the University of Iceland in Reykjavík 2026

The Icelandic Government Scholarships provide international students with a full undergraduate scholarship to pursue a BA in Icelandic as a Second Language at the University of Iceland, Reykjavík. The program is administered by the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies and offers about 12 scholarships each academic year (September 1 – May 31). The award covers tuition and includes a monthly stipend and housing options.
