UONGOZI Institute Women’s Leadership Programme

The Women’s Leadership Programme supports senior and emerging female leaders to navigate leadership challenges and enhance strategic thinking, communication and organizational leadership. It provides learning opportunities including the Women’s Leadership Forum, training, coaching and mentoring, with involvement from international thought leaders. The programme is funded to cover programme fees, books, travel expenses, meals and refreshments during in-person sessions, and access to the Institute’s Resource Centre for six months.
