Student Energy Career Training Program

The Student Energy Career Training Program provides practical experience and the chance to collaborate on a real project with an industry partner. It is a fully funded, hands-on professional training opportunity designed to equip young African women with the skills, mentorship, and experience to build successful careers in the sustainable energy sector, including energy education modules, project work with a company, and career development support.

Energy education modules; work on a real-world project with an energy company; one-on-one career coaching; mentorship from industry professionals; professional development in teamwork, leadership, and communication; access to Student Energy’s global youth network.

Applicants who are African women aged 18–30, living in an African country, and pursuing or having completed post-secondary education, with English fluency and internet access.
