QuickBooks x Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program 2025

The Small Business Hero Program recognizes and supports small businesses that demonstrate courage and community impact. It offers a $20,000 grant and additional benefits such as social media features, free software subscriptions, and a blog feature to help scale and promote the business.

A $20,000 grant; Instagram features on QuickBooks and Mailchimp; 12 months of free QuickBooks Online Advanced; 12 months of free Mailchimp Standard Marketing Plan; a feature on the QuickBooks Blog.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old; the business must be located in and operate in the United States, have been established for at least one year, have no more than 99 W-2 employees, be for profit or a 501(c)(3), be active and compliant with licenses and registrations, and not be a prior winner of the program in the past 2 years.
