US Women in Tech Accelerator 2025

The US Women in Tech Accelerator 2025 supports early-stage, tech-based or tech-enabled startups led by women-identifying founders. The program provides coaching, mentorship, and a grant capital component to help startups scale and achieve investment readiness, with a focus on improving economic mobility and access to essential services for underserved communities. Up to 10-12 startups participate each year, with selectees receiving grant capital and ongoing support through Village Capital and partner networks.

1:1 coaching with an investment analyst, grant capital for selected startups, mentorship and networking opportunities, milestone development plan using VilCap’s tools, and peer-to-peer learning and evaluation.

Eligible startups must be legally registered, US-based for-profit businesses with fewer than ten employees, led by at least one full-time founder who identifies as a woman, and have a minimum viable product with meaningful customer or business validation.
