UmojaHack Africa 2022

UmojaHack Africa 2022 is a two-day Pan-African inter-university data science hackathon hosted by Zindi that brings together students, industry experts and companies to develop data science and machine learning solutions. The event features challenges across finance, health and environmental sectors and allows participants to work individually or in teams. Prize money of up to $10,000 is awarded to winners.

Students in computer science, engineering and mathematics from universities may participate; the event is an inter-university hackathon and every student can participate regardless of skill level.

Students can work individually or in teams and take part in hosted challenges.
