SI Global Executive Programme 2026

The SI Global Executive Programme is a leadership development programme for senior executives focused on integrating sustainability into business strategy. It brings together around 100 senior executives from 24 countries to gain practical insights from Swedish organisations and leaders at the forefront of the green transition. The programme covers programme-related fees, pre-arranged accommodation in Stockholm, and meals during the onsite visit, with participants or their companies arranging travel to Stockholm.

Access to the programme content, networking with senior executives, accommodation and meals during the onsite visit, and exposure to leading Swedish organisations involved in the green transition.

Applicants must be citizens and residents of one of the programme countries, hold a leadership position in a medium to large company, be at least 30 years old, have English proficiency, and hold a completed post-secondary qualification; they must be willing to participate actively and share knowledge with others. The applicant’s company must operate within industries related to the green transition or be actively engaged with a Swedish partner.
