Applications are open for the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) Junior Professional Program 2026. The program provides opportunities to gain expertise in fields such as research (international relations/economics) or project management (communication, partnerships, community management, finance) within a professional environment that connects policymakers, academia, and civil society. The two-year contract aims to significantly develop professional skills and employability, with potential for a permanent contract based on performance.

Multidisciplinary expertise in international relations, economics, and project management; opportunities to influence public policies in Morocco and Africa; personalized mentorship; skill development in research, analysis, communication, project management, partnerships, and finance; potential permanent contract.

Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in international relations, economics, project management, or a related field; interest in global issues and development in Africa; strong analytical, research, and/or project management skills; fluency in at least two languages (Arabic, English, French, or others).
