Government scholarships in science and technology for civil servants to study abroad for the year 2569 (2026). Participating government agencies nominate eligible state officials and submit their application documents to the scholarship office at NSTDA. Nominated applicants must complete an online application form and submit a printed signed application with a recent passport-style photo via their nominating agency. The nominating agency must forward the collected applications and evidence to NSTDA by the stated deadline.

Current state officials nominated by the government agency that has been allocated a scholarship are eligible to be proposed for the award.

The allocated agency nominates one state official per scholarship and submits nomination and documents to NSTDA. Nominated applicants must complete the online application at the scholarship website and print, sign and attach a recent photo, then submit the printed application and documents to their nominating agency for compilation and forwarding to NSTDA by the deadline.
