University of Eastern Finland Scholarship 2025

The University of Eastern Finland (UEF) offers scholarships for international and Finnish students admitted to bachelor’s and master’s programs. The scholarship package includes tuition fee waivers with multiple tiers, and is available to a wide range of programs across the university. Applications for admission and scholarships open for the academic year starting autumn 2025.

Tuition waivers (up to 100% for some non-European applicants, up to 50% otherwise) and Finnish proficiency waivers; these are in addition to the ability to pursue bachelor’s or master’s degree studies at UEF.

Both international and Finnish citizens can apply; applicants must have completed secondary education and meet the specific program requirements for admission to the bachelor’s or master’s degree programs.

Apply online via the national Studyinfo.fi portal; scholarship applications are submitted together with university admission applications.
