LEAP Africa Leadership Accelerator Programme 2026

LEAP Africa Leadership Accelerator Programme is a capacity-building initiative for high-potential African women aimed at developing leadership skills for corporate and entrepreneurial roles. The 2026 edition includes a 3-week virtual learning phase, a 1-week in-person bootcamp, capstone projects, and 3 months of mentorship. The programme combines an online course, an in-person bootcamp, capstone work, and mentorship to build leadership capabilities and networks.
