The Baker Hughes Emerging Talent Internship 2026 for young Nigerian students

The Baker Hughes Emerging Talent Internship 2026 is a placement for students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or recent graduates, to gain hands-on work experience and exposure to the company’s processes, systems, and practices. Interns will work on projects, receive coaching and mentoring, and be involved in training and team activities to develop their skills. The program emphasizes learning about Health, Safety and Environment, and the company’s culture, with opportunities to interact with cross-functional teams and global leaders.

Interns participate in focused training, work on projects, receive coaching and mentoring, and are introduced to Health, Safety and Environment practices and the company culture; opportunities to network with global business leaders.

Applicants must be currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related programs; must have a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0; fluent in English; able to legally work in the country without sponsorship.
