Impart & Nalli Fellowships 2027-2028

The Impart & Nalli Fellowships fund research projects exploring textile histories and practices in South Asia. Two Research Fellowships are awarded, each with a grant of INR 5.5 lakhs to support one year of independent research and project development. The fellowship welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds including researchers, designers, archivists, journalists, educators, practitioners, collectives, and small organizations worldwide.

Open to applicants aged 18 years or older, residing anywhere in the world, whose proposed projects engage with textile practices across the wider South Asia region.
