The MGG Academy is a training and dialogue format for highly qualified early- to mid-career professionals from global powers and the EU, focusing on global cooperation and sustainable development. It is a structured program with modules, study trips, and networking aimed at developing leadership, transformation and cooperation competencies, with a global learning journey and interactive methods. The 2025 edition takes place in Bonn, Germany, and includes lodging, a stipend and other support elements for participants, funded by the organisers.

Free participation in all components, lodging during the program, monthly living allowance, insurances, local transport pass, and travel costs within Germany and Europe.
申请资格
Applicants should be national or permanent residents of participating countries, have a university degree, 3 to 15 years of relevant professional experience, and be ready to participate in an intensive full-time program.
