TaiwanICDF’s International Higher Education (Undergraduate, Masters and PhD) Scholarship Program 2025 for study in Taiwan (Fully Funded)

The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program provides full scholarships for outstanding students from partner countries to pursue undergraduate, masters, or PhD studies in Taiwan, covering tuition, housing, airfare, insurance, and a monthly living allowance. Applications are open for the 2025 edition with an online application process running from December 1, 2024 to March 15, 2025.

Applicants must be citizens of countries eligible for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship, must not be a national of Taiwan or an overseas compatriot student, must meet admission requirements of the partner university, and must satisfy visa and residency requirements set by ROC authorities.

Submit an online application via the TaiwanICDF Scholarship Online Application System between December 1, 2024 and March 15, 2025.
