Standard Bank Basali Development Programme 2025 for South African female entrepreneurs

The Basali Development Programme is a business development initiative offering practical online workshops and masterclasses led by subject experts to help female entrepreneurs grow sustainable and profitable businesses. It aims to provide knowledge, skills, and tools to elevate business strategies and connect participants with coaches and peers. The programme runs for the 2025 edition and includes opportunities for financial support through grant funding sponsored by Standard Bank.

Access to online workshops and masterclasses, mentoring from business coaches and subject matter experts, and potential grant funding opportunities.

Applicants must be 51% or more black women-owned businesses, be a full-time entrepreneur, have a business registered with CIPC, be a South African citizen trading in South Africa, have total annual revenue under R10 million, have a commercially viable operation, must not be an alumni of Basali, and must not be a Standard Bank employee.
