NexGen Leaders Fellowship Programme, Geneva Immersion 2025

The NexGen Leaders Fellowship Programme is a prestigious international initiative designed to equip emerging professionals with the knowledge, networks, and practical tools needed to lead effectively in today’s global environment. The fellowship provides a blend of leadership training, international exposure, and immersive field experience, including visits to UN agencies in Geneva and a Leadership Certificate issued in collaboration with UNITAR. Participants benefit from dual international certification and high-level networking with diplomats, scholars, and global leaders.

Aged 21–45, with a minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrated interest in leadership, diplomacy, policy, or governance. Applicants must be able to participate in the online learning phase and be in current employment for at least 6 months and/or run a business for at least 1 year; open to applicants worldwide with priority to Africa and Asia; high-potential students in later years may be considered; ability to pay the programme cost (2600 USD or 3000 USD for non-YGLN members) by August 2025 if selected.
