Carman International Fellowship

The Carman International Fellowship is a 12-month placement with Building a Caring Community in Moshi, Tanzania, conducted through Mosaic International. Fellows gain experience in international development, global health, education, and related fields, with a stipend, housing, travel support, and other benefits. The program is open to individuals from various countries and includes orientation and ongoing support from a US-based NGO and local Tanzanian partners.

Stipend and housing allowance; paid round-trip travel to Tanzania; emergency healthcare insurance stipend; paid language tutoring in Swahili; experience in international development and program management; strong organizational and local support.

Bachelor’s degree required; 12-month commitment to living and working in Moshi, Tanzania starting in January; ability to work in a faith-based, cross-cultural environment; remote supervision acceptable; preferred master's degree or equivalent experience.
