Battery Technologies

The Master of Engineering program Battery Technologies is an application-oriented master’s degree offered at Kiel University of Applied Sciences, in cooperation with Kiel University and Fraunhofer ISIT. It is taught in English, spans three semesters, and can be started in the winter or summer semester. The program includes modules across the life cycle of battery systems and can be pursued alongside employment with flexible scheduling.

Degree: Master of Engineering. Integrated internships and a Diploma supplement are part of the program; collaboration with industry partners (e.g., Fraunhofer ISIT) is typical.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering – Electrical Engineering, with additional qualification requirements and credit-point prerequisites as specified by the programme.
