Cross-Dimensional Work Areas Internship Programme 2026–2027

The OSCE is offering an internship programme for 2026–2027 in Vienna, Austria and Prague, Czech Republic. The internship provides students and recent graduates with practical experience across international policy areas, supporting security, development, and international cooperation. Internships last between 2 and 6 months and include opportunities for mentoring, professional development, and networking; some financial support for living costs may be available for non-residents at the duty station.

Practical work experience within an international organization; professional mentoring; networking with professionals; development of research, communication, and policy skills; exposure to international diplomacy and governance; potential contribution toward living costs for non-residents.

Applicants must be no older than 30 by the application deadline, have completed at least two years of higher education or graduated within the previous two years, and hold a degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Law, Human Rights, Gender Studies, Anthropology or Social Sciences; fluency in English is required.
