NATO STO Internship 2026 in France

The NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO) invites applications for its 2026 internship opportunities at the Collaboration Support Office in Neuilly-sur-Seine, near Paris, France. The paid internships offer hands-on international experience within NATO’s scientific and administrative environment and exposure to defence-related projects across multiple departments. Selected interns will gain practical experience in fields such as human resources, administration, logistics, and information management, while working in a multinational setting.

Monthly salary; up to 30 days annual leave (prorated); work accident insurance; potential contract extension up to one year; multinational working environment; professional networking; exposure to NATO’s scientific and defence innovation ecosystem.

Applicants must be nationals of NATO member countries, be at least 21 years old, have completed at least two years of university education or equivalent training, and be current students or recent graduates within the last 12 months, with proficiency in one NATO official language and working knowledge of another, and eligibility for NATO security clearance.
