A residency program at ICMAB for professional journalists to spend 4 to 8 weeks at the research center, interact with scientists, explore laboratories, and produce journalistic pieces inspired by the experience. The program provides an honorarium, workspace, and access to facilities and events to support science communication.

福利

Honorarium of €4,000; workspace; access to facilities and events; support in arranging meetings/interviews; access to institutional channels to publish or disseminate pieces.

申请资格

Open to professional journalists (staff or freelance) based locally in Barcelona/Catalonia or able to stay in the area for the duration, with demonstrated experience and proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English, and an interest in science communication.

Submit CV, three work samples, a project proposal (1–2 pages), statement of languages, and proof of affiliation/portfolio to communication@icmab.es with subject: Journalist in Residence ICMAB.
