Mother Cabrini Health Foundation 2026 Grants

The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation has opened its 2026 grant application process, inviting organizations to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) for funding support. Applicants can align with five program areas: Access to Healthcare, Basic Needs, Healthcare Workforce, Mental and Behavioral Health, and General Fund.

Eligible applicants include organizations that align with the foundation’s mission, serve vulnerable populations in New York, and have projects focused on healthcare access, workforce, or community well-being. Current grantees seeking renewal funding must also apply through this LOI process.

Submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) during the LOI window; invitations for full proposals follow in mid-June 2026; final grant decisions occur in October and December 2026.
